Once an active and hardworking individual, Mudassar Ali’s life changed after a tragic road accident that led to years of pain and suffering. Over the past four years, he underwent 23 surgeries, hoping to recover and walk again. Unfortunately, in 2023, doctors were left with no choice but to amputate his right leg.
Before the accident, Mudassar worked at a pharmaceutical company and was the primary earner for his family. After losing his job, the responsibility of supporting a family of nine fell on his elderly father and younger brother, making it impossible for them to afford the cost of a prosthetic limb.
Now dependent on crutches, Mudassar’s only hope to regain independence lies in a right artificial leg. After enduring severe physical and emotional trauma, he has registered his case with Lifeline Welfare Foundation, seeking support to stand on his feet once again.
